Excellent experience, delicious dishes and service which in my case left 90 minutes to be desired to eat two first courses and a second course, perhaps I was unlucky. I will definitely go back.

We had already organized our daughter's confirmation in 2019... she fell in love with it at first sight and we were not disappointed either by the welcome or the quality of the food. We returned on another special occasion after a long time after we promised ourselves we would return... another special occasion and confirmation of the quality of the place in every way. We dined outdoors in a beautiful and very relaxing atmosphere... the garden within the walls was lovely, the food was excellent. Experience to be repeated and recommended place.

Restaurant also open for lunch.Business lunch, welcomed with great professionalism, welcoming and quiet environment with plenty of space even in the garden.Welcome Prosecco, finally a menu with few dishes but great taste for all palates.Amazing risotto with provola and prawns, a hint of spiciness and a touch of crunchiness that makes you appreciate the dish more and more with every bite.Very good and delicate tiramisuVery Recommended

Interludio is a restaurant in Prato, a central area where you will find a clean, welcoming, elegant location. The friendly and kind service makes you feel a bit like at home, excellent menu among the various courses, the rice with mazzara prawns divine. Excellent price with the fork. Fantastic dinner to celebrate graduation. Very welcoming place and, as we were a group of several people, the room on the upper floor was also reserved for us. Dinner of the highest level accompanied by wines that we brought from home but which are also present in the cellar of the restaurant itself. Impeccable service and well managed on time. Excellent food with the possibility of choosing between a meat or fish menu (I attach an updated menu dated February 20th).
